Materials

Memorials can be crafted from a range of materials to match your vision and budget. We offer granite in a variety of colors and shapes, as well as flat bronze markers. Granite offers the flexibility to create upright or custom designs, while bronze markers are commonly placed flush with the ground. Both materials are durable, beautiful, and customizable.

Styles and Designs

We provide several design options so you can choose the style that best commemorates your loved one:

  • Upright Memorials: Featuring a standing tablet (called a “die”) mounted on a base, these can be made for individuals or companions.
  • Flat Markers: These lie even with the ground and are typically crafted from granite or bronze.
  • Bevel Markers: Slightly raised from the ground with a gentle slope from back to front. Available as individual or companion tributes.
  • Slant Markers: These rise higher at the back and angle forward, allowing for easy readability. Designs can feature straight, curved, or decorative tops.
  • Custom Memorials: We can also create benches, crosses, and other specialty designs. Please keep in mind that cemetery regulations may limit which styles are permitted. Contact us to learn more about your options.

Personalization Options

After selecting the material and shape, you can further customize your memorial with a range of decorative options:

  • Carving: Choose from hundreds of themes and symbols — from flowers and animals to faith-based imagery and more — which can be carved by hand or sandblasted.
  • Etching: Our partner artisans offer detailed hand and laser etching to create images or replicate a photo or drawing directly on the stone.
  • Lettering: Names, dates, meaningful phrases, and scriptures can all be added in a variety of fonts and engraving styles.
