William F. Hart passed away Thursday, December 4, 2014 at Rooks County Health Center in Plainville, Kansas at the age of 81. He was born on February 15, 1933 in Franklin, Virginia to Jesse James and Starkie Beatrice (Alexander) Hart. William entered the United States Air Force on February 28, 1952 in Emporia, Virginia and was honorably discharged as a Technical Sergeant on May 3, 1972 in Topeka, Kansas. He served in the Vietnam War. William was united in marriage to Phyllis F. Hrabe on June 21, 1953 in Stockton, Kansas. To this union were born five children, Alan, Terry, Ronald, Michael, and Bruce. William is survived by his wife Phyllis Hart of the home in Plainville; sons Alan Hart and wife Cindy of Loveland, CO, Ronald Hart and wife Teri of Hays, Michael Hart and wife Anita of Derby, and Bruce Hart and wife Denise of Derby; daughter Terry Fisher and husband Fred of Plainville; brother Robert Hart of Charlottesville, VA; sister Mildred Martin of Whitestone, VA; fifteen grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents Jesse and Starkie Hart, brother James Hart, and sisters Frances Hatfield and Nell Alexander.
