Steven Dale "Steve" Schindler

Steven Dale “Steve” Schindler, 66, of Topeka, KS passed away on Saturday, December 31, 2022, at his home in Topeka. He was born on November 7, 1956, in El Pso, TX, the son of Abe “Junior” and Shirley (Trible) Schindler.

Steve graduated from Stockton High School in 1974. He then attended Beloit Business School. He had resided in Topeka since 2007 and was employed by Acosta Sales and Marketing. He married Joyce D. Murphy on March 21, 2012, in Las Vegas, NV.

Steve is survived by his wife Joyce of the home in Topeka; son, Shawn Schindler of Hays, KS; daughter Machelle Schindler of Hays, KS; step-daughter Terri Murphy of Topeka; step-son Travis Marts of Junction City, KS; grandchildren; and numerous aunts and uncles.

He is preceded in death by his parents; sister Delores “Dori” Wageman; and grandparents Ray & Vera Schindler and James and Jessie Trible.

Services are pending at a later date in Stockton.
