Rev. H. Starr Ii Floyd

Rev. Floyd H. Starr II, 68 of Zanesville, Ohio passed away Monday July 13, 2015 at his residence. He was born March 3, 1947 in Middletown, OH, a son of the late Floyd H. Sr. and Wanda Roberts Starr. Throughout his life he served as a Pastor with the Presbyterian Church USA. He pastored churches in Coldwater, KS, Wakeeney, KS, Manhattan, KS, Cedar Rapids, IA, Hoxie, KS, Lexington, NE, Mason, MI, Crescent Springs, KY and Trinity Presbyterian Church in Zanesville, OH. Floyd is survived by his close friend and caregiver Bryan Ruff and his children Bryson and Lily and numerous parishioners in the various churches he served over the years. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother William E. Starr.
