Rebecca Ann "Becky" Drummond

Rebecca Ann “Becky” Drummond passed away Thursday, July 11, 2013, at Trego County Lemke Memorial Hospital in WaKeeney, KS at the age of 21. Becky was born on June 9, 1992 to Robert Drummond Jr. and Ruth Drummond (Knight). Becky worked for McDonalds in Hays as a shift manager. She wanted to become a clothing designer. Becky loved art and was a wonderful artist. She was always up for an adventure and always enjoyed trying something new. She also enjoyed photography, fishing, 4th of July and fireworks. Becky loved her family, especially her son Vincent. Left to cherish Becky’s memory are her parents, Robert Drummond Jr. and Jeanne Rupp of Hays, Ruth Drummond and Bill Bryan of Plainville; son, Vincent Jolene Drummond of Hays; brother, Noel Morales of Plainville; half-brothers, Zachary Robert and Jacob Rame of Hays; half-sister, Rose Marie “Peanut” Drummond of Plainville; step-sister, Anna Johnson; step-brothers, Nick and Christian Johnson; nieces, Cameron Drummond and Jazmine Johnson; and nephew, Jonah Lowery. Becky is preceded in death by her sister, Shanae Jolene Drummond. Reception: The family would like to invite everyone to the Hays VFW for food and fellowship at 5:00 p.m. following services.
