Peggy Sue Henry

December 13, 1938 — August 14, 2018

Peggy Sue Henry Born December 13, 1938 to Lewis W. and Leonia A. Denney, Joplin Missouri. Peggy Sue Henry has been a resident to Hill City for the past 33 years after marrying a wonderful man she really adored. Richard Henry has been her husband and partner in life here in Hill City at that time. Her time has been one of great memories and friendships that she was so fond of. She will be remembered by her family along with a host of others that were so fortunate to know her. Family Members: Husband, Richard Henry Children: Michael ~ Ronnie ~ Brenda ~ Rayne ~ Sandra And a host of grand and great grandchildren Peggy Sue met Richard in 1986 in the Arizona Desert in a small town called Quartzite, (don't blink in the summer time or you'll miss it) Of course, mom was a bead person and there was this guy that just happened to have a truck load of beads. (Need I say more.) That person was Richard Henry from Hill City, Kansas. She wanted beads and he had them. Mom was going through some tough times and Richard was there to help her out and the match was made. A short time later they were married and then I came to visit and started loading, looking and polishing rocks and I was hooked. (Mom had my approval). Mom and Richard settled in Hill City and made friends for the past 33 years. She made more than friends, she made a family.
