Lynn L. Bice

Lynn Lee (Ellison) Bice passed away on Friday, June 26, 2015 at the Rooks County Health Center in Plainville, Kansas at the age of 67. She was born on November 27, 1947 in Eugene, Oregon to the late Clifton and Geri Ellison. On September 15, 1978 she was united in marriage to Robert “Bob” Bice in Salina, Kansas. For Lynn, her family was her life. Whether cooking and cleaning, or sewing and making crafts, she enjoyed spending time taking care of the ones she loved the most, especially her grandkids. Of all the angels she collected and found special places for in her home and in her heart, none of them were as precious to her as the angels who called her Nana. Lynn is survived by her husband Bob Bice of the home in Plainville; sons Scott Chalmers and wife Pam of Holcomb, and Bobby Bice and wife Mandy of Plainville; daughter Karmen Montes and husband Tim of Pueblo, CO; sister Penny of Oregon; and grandchildren Kevin Chalmers, Alisha Montes, Cheyenne Montes, Chandler Montes, Lexi Bice, Josey Bice, and Kyler Bice. She was preceded in death by her parents Clifton and Geri Ellison. Although our hearts are sad because Lynn was taken from us too soon, we take comfort knowing that she is with the Lord. For it is written, “You have come to Mount Zion, to the heavenly Jerusalem, the city of the living God. You have come to thousands upon thousands of angels in joyful assembly.”
