John Dorothy Williams &

John and Dorothy (Workman) Williams of Yakima, WA. Dorothy was born in Plainville, KS on March 21, 1928 to Roy and Nellie Workman. She graduated from Plainville HS in 1945 and moved to Wichita, KS, where she met and married E.K. Page. They had daughters Donna and Glenda. The family moved to Colorado in 1954. After the passing of EK in 1964, she moved to Yakima, WA and married John Williams in 1967. Dorothy left us peacefully on February 28, 2012 in Yakima. John was born in Kansas City, MO on January 12, 1923 to John and Pearl Williams. He grew up in Colorado and graduated from Las Animas HS in 1943. After graduating, he married Doris Mc Coy and moved to Yakima, WA, where they had daughter Judy and son John Mark. John left us peacefully on May 1, 2004 in Yakima. They are survived by daughters, Glenda Pemberton and husband Don, Judy Luberts and son John Williams; 9 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren; and Dorothy’s sister Jenny Arnold. They were preceded in death by their parents, daughter Donna and son-in-law, Bob Palmberg of Palco, KS; Dorothy’s siblings, Ina Alloway, Cora Fischer and William Workman.
