James Michael Carmack formerly of Palco, passed away Friday June 14, 2013 at his home in Leavenworth, Kansas. James was born on November 27, 1955 in Pasadena, California to James and Jessie Shipley. James attended and graduated high school in Scottsdale, Arizona. James enjoyed fishing and spending time with his friends. Left to cherish his memory is his sister, Julie Cleveland; and cousins Cynthia Diaz and Susan Morey. James is preceded in death by his parents, James and Jessie.
