Donna Jean (Belisle) Towns, 70, of Ness City, Kansas, and formerly of Palco, Kansas, passed away on April 13, 2026, at the Ness County Hospital in Ness City. She was born on February 12, 1956, to Duane and Patricia (Newell) Belisle in Hays, KS.

Donna grew up in Damar, Kansas and graduated from Damar High School. She worked as a dental assistant for many years with positions in Great Bend, Kansas, as well as in Oklahoma City and Tulsa, Oklahoma, before retiring in 2017.

On March 26, 1981, Donna married Michael “Mike” Lynn Towns at the Church of Christ in Great Bend, Kansas. They were blessed with two children, Aaron and Ashly.

Donna enjoyed attending concerts and race events with Mike and she loved spending time with her children and grandchildren and especially attending her grandkids’ sporting events.

Donna is survived by her children, Aaron Towns of Palco, KS and Ashly Temple of El Dorado, KS; siblings, Paul (Mary) Belisle of Damar, KS, Christy (Jake) Seib of Ness City, and Lisa Belisle of Kansas City, KS; and six grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Michael; and her parents Duane and Patricia Belisle.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at 1:30PM at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Damar. Burial will follow at Pleasantview Cemetery.
