Diane L. Bull

January 31, 1945 — June 13, 2014

Diane Lynn Bull, (69), Hoxie, died Friday June 13, 2014 at Sheridan County Health Complex in Hoxie.  She was born January 31, 1945 to Ronald and Helen (Brouse) Schilp in Cheyenne Wyoming. She married Jerry (G.C.) Bull March 6, 1965 in Englewood Colorado.  Diane enjoyed Nascar Racing, Classic Cars, listening to music and spending time with her family.  She owned Red's Convenience Store in Hoxie Kansas for 25 years.  You could always count on her to have a smile on her face.  A few of her famous sayings were "Think Spring" and "Happy Friday!"  She was one of the founders of The Hoxie Hotrodders and loved to show off her T-Bird, Chevy and Daytona.  God called Diane home on a very special day.  On Friday June 13th, 2014 there was a "Strawberry Moon", which is a full moon falling on Friday the 13th.  This hasn't happened since 1919 and will not happen again until 2098.  We have no doubt that she will be an amazing guardian angel to so many people. Every full moon we will know, because we will see her beautiful shining light raining down on us. Survivors include her husband Jerry, of the home; 2 sons, Jeffery of Salina,  Michael of  Hays and 1 Daughter Jaime of Hoxie; 6 grandchildren; 2 step grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren. She was preceeded in death by both parents.
