Dale Eugene Hiser

Dale Eugene Hiser, 75, a resident of Cleveland, Tennessee, passed away on Tuesday, November 22, 2022, in a Chattanooga hospital. Dale was born on July 11, 1947, in Hays, Kansas and he was the son of the late Bessie Smith Hiser and Grady Hiser. His sisters, Bonnie Bain, Freda Lambert and his brothers, Marvin Hiser and Roy Hiser also preceded him in death.

For 51 years, Dale served in Management for several large Manufacturing Companies including Cessna Aircraft, Copeland-Emerson, Lexington Furniture, Maytag/Whirlpool and La-Z-Boy.

Dale enjoyed the outdoors and loved fishing, hunting, golf, boating, and Kansas harvests. He was a member of the ELKs Lodge, NRA and Pheasants Forever. He was also a member of the First United Methodist Church in Cleveland.

Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Wilma Pywell Hiser, Cleveland; son, Shawn Hiser, Cleveland; daughter, Dayla Hiser Rainwater (Clark) Cullman, Alabama; grandchildren, Kelsey and Tucker Rainwater; sister, Gail Botinelly (Joe), Wichita, Kansas; and numerous brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.

Always willing to lend a helping hand, Dale was a good-hearted man who worked hard, enjoyed life, and loved greatly. He will be missed by all who knew him, but the celebration of his life and memories will forever remain.

The Remembrance of Life Service will be conducted on Monday, November 28, 2022 at 4 P. M. E.S.T. at the Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services North Ocoee Chapel with Pastor Matt Nail (Friend) and Pastor Curt McKee officiating. The family will receive friends from 2 until 4 P. M. E.S.T. on Monday at the Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services North Ocoee Chapel.

Graveside Services and Interment will be conducted on Saturday, December 3, 2022 at 11:30 A. M. C.S.T. at the Pleasant View Cemetery in Palco, Kansas. The family will receive friends at the Plumer-Overlease Funeral Home in Plainville, Kansas from 10 until 11 A. M. C.S.T. on Saturday, December 3, 2022.
