Remembering... Anthony John “A.J.” Couse, son of John and Lisa (Campbell) Couse of Plainville, was born in Plainville, Kansas on October 22, 1991. A.J. passed away August 23, 2012 at the Hays Medical Center at the age of 20. A.J. was born with Cerebral Palsy and developed Leigh’s Syndrome as a result of an infant vaccine. He graduated from Plainville High School with the Class of 2011. A.J., with his infectious smile that melts your heart, loved his family, kids and animals. He loved to have kids lie beside him and especially loved his dog Otis. He enjoyed going outside, watching movies and going on car rides. A.J. will be missed by all. God has called back “one very special angel.” He is survived by his parents, John and Lisa Couse of the home; grandparents, Charlie Campbell of Woodston, Kathy Campbell of Stockton & Jack & Barbara Couse of Plainville. A.J. was preceded in death by great-grandparents, Max & Zelma Strutt, Johnnie & Catherine Dauwe & John & Iva Campbell. Everyone here is experiencing their own unique feelings of loss and sorrow about the passing too soon of A.J. Now that he is physically gone from us we will mourn some because we loved him and we know that we will miss him. But the joy of knowing that he is with his Lord and is at peace transcends all the sorrow we feel. Visitation: The family will receive friends from 5:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Sunday, August 26th, 2012, 1:00pm - 8:00pm
